Because of the clarity of Professor Bishop's teaching, so long ago, I have held this position which is espoused by David W. Daniel's in this video. I invite you to listen to it closely--I consider it 30 minutes well spent. You may not get it clearly the first time, but, that's o.k. Listen over and over again. Even if you have to listen twelve times, I'd call that 6 hours well spent.
